Energy intermediaries - strategic or grassroots?

March 30, 2009

Changing our energy behaviour is closely connected to the sustainability of our cities. One aspect of this is that intermediary organisations working for more sustainable energy use often operate on a regional level. There, they can take a more strategic, or a more project-based approach to changing energy use patterns. Simon Robinson from Manchester Knowledge Capital recently discussed this dilemma in his talk addresed to the NATURE, SOCIAL COHESION AND THE CITY Conference organised by FP7 Social Polis.
